About the Author

Claes Zellfirst experienced the benefits of stretching techniques as a young man suffering from insomnia in the 1990s. After years of studies, both traditional-and alternative medicine, he wanted to share and explain to other sufferers, why these techniques had helped him, to improve his sleep. Knowing though, that sleep difficulties has many faces.

He is engaged to Pauline. He lives in Stockholm, Sweden, and in England.
