About the Author

MICHAEL HILLYARD is an education and training consultant. He has served as a dean, provost, president, trustee, and director of various colleges and universities. Hillyard was educated at Miami University (Ohio), American Military University, and the University of Southern California, where he received his doctorate in public administration. He lives with his family in Florida.
