Angelo and my father are about 60 feet from the hangar doors when all of a sudden the doors blow open and from the hangar comes this wispy form, almost looking like a small cloud, gliding right in front of my father and Angelo. They both stop dead in their tracks. Now, no more than 10 feet in front of them, the form takes the shape of a person and then they hear this horrifying shriek which breaks the stillness of the dark cold night. Angelo in a panic, drops all the gear and starts running back towards the pier. My Dad takes off after him and catches him just before he reaches the missing planks. Angelo shocked and wide-eyed, turns to my Dad and says; “Did you see that?”

About the Author
Frank R. Santariga received his certification and fellowship in parapsychology from the American Parapsychological Research Institute of Sherman Oaks, California. As an independent investigator and researcher in the field of the paranormal and psychic phenomena, his analyses were comprised mostly of occurrences in the southern New York and southwestern Connecticut areas. He is currently residing in West Bloomfield, Michigan with his family.
