Memories from a Past Life

About the Book

I write poetry; that’s what I do.

And when I wrote this book, I thought about nothing but you.

When I wrote this book, thoughts just came to mind;

No matter were I was, or what I was doing, they just came all the time.

It’s a collection of poetry that I submit to you;

I had a blast writing, and when I started I was only forty-two.

The book has poems in it that everyone can relate to;

Poems I wrote for people just like you.

I hope you enjoy them, because I loved writing them down,

Each and every word as they all came around.

Jim Lozen has been writing since the age of forty-two. His poetry has been previously published by the National Library of Poetry and by Noble House. He has been a roofer, a karate teacher, a bartender, and a musician. He currently lives in Roseville, Michigan.
