About the Book

In these often quiet but probing poems, Nancy Jakobsson illuminates lives and worlds--her own life and the lives of those she has counseled in their losses in her work as a grief therapist, the natural world she walks through, and the imaginative world she encounters deeply through works of art. About the Author

Nancy Jakobsson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked as a grief cousnelor for twenty years. She is the Director of Pathways for Grief and Loss in Fort Collins, Colorado. She is a member of a friends writing group that encourages and supports each other in their writing endeavors. She lives in Loveland Colorado and enjoys Colorado's outdoor life style. Her two adult sons also live in Colorado.
