About the Author
Being involved in many different sports, Chris Barrows has always been interested in ways to increase his body’s performance. Looking for informational sources to provide answers, he found that there was not one source that supplied all the information. Chris began writing The Educated Eating Manual after finding foods that have kept him from getting sick and put him in the best shape of his life, with the hopes that it will do the same for others. Chris currently lives, works, and plays on Padre Island in Corpus Christi, Texas
