Meia was in prayer for a divine intervention as she struggled to contain her emotions. Looking out the car window comparing the change in scenery in each town to the drastic changes that has taken place in her life. Meia thought of her parents whom she lost in a traggic accident, her eyes filled with tears slowly streaming down her face. Meia was praying also for the strength to say goodbye once again to someone she loves, her Uncle Kevin who was taking her to live with her Auntie Dianna in Atlanta, Georgia. Kevin gazed into the blue sky his heart aching from the mere thought of one day soon saying goodbye to Meia. Smiling through his tears, remembering the good times he shared with his sister Helen, Don and Meia in their hometown of Raleigh North Carolina. God I miss them so much thought Kevin. Kevin glanced at Meia wanting to reach out and soothe her as she rested silently against the window. He knew her heart was hurting for his was hurting too for the both of them. Kevin struggled with wanting to turn around and take Meia back to her home town with him and the promise he made to his sister Helen and his brother-in-law Don which he knew he had to respect their wishes which ulltimately he prayed would be the best for Meia.
