About the Author

Travailer Barbara Robinson is an end-time apostle walking in an apostolic anointing with signs and wonders following. She was saved and baptized with the Holy Ghost under the leadership of Bishop Joe T. Wimes, (deceased) her first pastor and uncle of the Apostolic Church of Jesus, Ft. Pierce, Florida at the age of 12 years old. She was taken to church by her Grandmother, the belated Mandy Mae Gilbert-Dixon where she was introduced to the Lord Jesus Christ. She sat at the feet of the mothers and the missionaries for nurturing. She was later reclaimed in 1988 under the leadership of Bishop John D. Alexander(deceased) of Riviera Beach, Florida. She was later led to a Christian college where she studied and became affiliated with the Original Tabernacle of Prayer for all People family where the pastor is Dr. Haywood N. Williams for almost 10 years. Under the leading of the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Truth, she relocated to Avon Park, Florida; the wilderness as she calls it for over 10 years. There she served under the feet of Elder Leo Jervier of the Apostolic Church of Jesus until the lord called her into evangelism; witnessed in the presence of her brethren. Through “travailing “ in prayer, the Lord birthed, a “House of Prayer” where she opened her doors for the dying and the lost. She was ordained and licensed supernaturally by the Reverend Michael and Patricia Karl who recognized and respected the anointing upon her life. Pastor Robinson then became the “Mother” of many crack addicts, the wayward, and downtrodden that society had given up on. She opened up her “House of Prayer” a house church for all people regardless of their race, creed, or color. She worked behind the scenes as a radio evangelist and host of her “Cry Aloud Spare Not” evangelistic program which included preachers from other areas whom the Lord sent to help her reap the harvest. She preached in the jails, streets, and gospel tents. She received her Bachelors of Professional Studies Degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. She majored in Business Administration and minored in Philosophy. She has worked for many years as a classroom teacher, caseworker, and a counselor. She has a passion for souls and ministry; abiding in her calling, contending for the faith, and making full proof of her ministry as an evangelist. She has three natural children, her eldest Yolanda, son Renuld, and youngest, Whitney. She is the grandmother of one granddaughter, Brooke and two others on the way. She has many spiritual sons and daughters to whom she is grateful.
