TIME Time is nothing but a road to now here, A stepping of stones on trials of fire, The period of the sentence awaiting its next paragraph, Burning in your brain to become fresh, A fresh idea in its creation of time. Slowly ticking away the seconds turn to hours, Melting into symphonies, Stories, verses, and choruses sing and echo, Through the ears of rebirth, Echoing in the halls to the top of the ceilings, Bouncing off the landscapes as if to say, “I am gone forevermore!” And a moment passed on where a rose stood by, And withered into eternal sunlight, Among the garden of light, Wind, water and rain, only drowned it, Under the sun, blinding its way, And yet, preparing it for its new reality, As the spring butterfly glanced over, He nodded his head as if to say, “Yes, you can!”

There is more to poetry than mere words of the heart. About the Author
Christopher W. Allen, is a poet for the new age.He's had several poems published in his lifetime through various sources, few and far between. He is the consummate reader and writer of many different styles, through a plethora of times and ages. Though influenced by all that he absorbs, Christopher proclaims a different source for his "inspirational endeavors of the heart." He believes his manifestations onto the blank pages come from an "invisible source" in the form of automatic writing. Classifying and setting him apart with his vocational proclamations. In the summer of 1995, his 24th year of birth, Christopher had a staggering and awakening spiritual experience that has led him into the many doors and exploration of his own consciousness. Taking him on a journey of profound states of ecstacy and joy. This breakthrough gave him direct contact with his spirit guide, a Native American Shaman Indian, that healed his hypersensitive nature and led him into the ways of the spirit. As this "inner" connection continues, Christopher continues to grow in the ways of the Shaman that danced in his feet. He has the abilities to talk directly to the animal spirits and his own totem, the white owl, helps guide him every step of the way. Before moving to Blackwater, Arizona, in the summer of 2007, Mr. Allen was a struggling musician with a deep concern and connection to spiritual matters. Always maintaining his deep intuition and connection to the spirit,he now works in the health care field and is usually found enjoying his simple lifestyle, "meditation." "That is where God is", he always says. This is his gift to you, this is his "OPUS."
