About the Book
Simon has returned from college in London, England and is expected to find himself a job. Lacking any expeience of this he contacts four previous friends to seek their help. They always meet in a local Pub to drink beer and eat wings. There is more fun at these affairs than help to Simon. He follows through on an advert in the newspaper and is delighted to learn that the employer is one who requires no forms to be completed. This fits exactly into Simon`s attitude toward the use of forms everywhere and he is hired. His first client on the job is an entreprenuer about whom he grows suspicious of the source of his income. He thinks that drug dealing is involved. His friends won`t help so he investigates alone. He is captured and held in isolation only to escape eventually and return to his girl friend. She and some friends persue the clues Simon has found and confront the entrepereneur in his own home.
About the Author
I have written and published three previous books. The first was an autobiography, the second a commentary on economic conditions and the third a crime/mystery novel. In my working life as a senior financial officer in three different organisations, i wrote many reports to the Board of Directors and for published financial magazines. I have also written poems and had some published. I just love to write! I am retired and have spent my time as a volunteer at my Church and with a social organization serving seniors. I live alone, since my wife has died, but have a very close friend in a lady I visit on a daily basis. She is also in the same organizations as myself and she acts as my editor when preparing work for publication. We both love the outdoors and walking is a firm hobby. I live in the medium sized City called Waterloo in the Province of Ontario, Canada. I have three daughters living nearby with their families and we are a closely knit group, sharing frequent visits to celebrate birthdays, holidays and any excuse for a get-together!
