A Look at Spiritual Gifts consists of James Stewart’s teaching on the subject. James Stewart was known for his character, brilliance, wisdom and humor. He pastored a church in Columbus, Ohio, led ministers in Ohio, taught at Ohio State University. This study demonstrates his learning, pastoral care and wit. The book is the second in a planned series of James Stewart’s teaching on Bible texts and subjects. The first book was A Look at Revelation.

About the Author

James Stewart pastored seven hundred people in Columbus, Ohio, taught mathematics at Ohio State University, served as district Sunday school director, then superintendent of the United Pentecostal Church Ohio District, enjoyed Shakespeare and contemporary art, taught Science and Scripture and many other seminars internationally, learned two languages at the same time, fathered and nurtured three children, saw them grow to maturity, and rejoiced in the title of husband to Helen. He died in 186. Well-known for his outstanding teaching, combining extensive knowledge of the Scriptures with acute observation, common sense and uncommon wit, he is now, for the second time, rendered in writing. Stanley Scism founded, presides over and teaches in Scism Christian University, named for his grandfather, Ellis Scism. He writes biographies, commentaries, songs, articles, essays, theses. He is a speaker, inviter of speakers, guide in educational tours, helper of little old ladies across streets, and partridge in a pear tree. He likes teaching, writing, reading, eating chocolate, praying, visiting prehistoric and historic sites, making music programs, and witnessing. This is his fourth book.
