Eric is planning a great summer in his small town, swimming in the pond and playing baseball with his friends Ben and the Babe. When the beautiful Janice Thornhill moves to town, Eric finds that he has a deep connection with her in spite of their differences, a connection which sometimes divides his loyalties. But when his dog Reggie is shot, Eric is forced to confront the truth about Janice’s family and their prejudice against him.

About the Book
Eric was a timid boy once. He lived in a small town, loved life, his family and friends. He had a passion for baseball. His circle of friends, which included Ben and the Babe, played games a few times a week for the entire summer. But, one summer his whole world changed. He met a girl and fell for her, which sometimes divided his loyalties. It was a summer when legends would be made. Or so he thought.
About the Author
Lennie Le Blanc was born in Nova Scotia, Canada. He grew up in a small town of Thorold South, Ontario. He always enjoyed school and continued his post secondary education at Brock University and Windsor University, in order to become a qualified teacher. Currently, he teaches with the District School Board of Niagara.
