Chocolate chip, peanut butter, What are those words I'm hearing you mutter? Snickerdoodle, sugar, and gingerbread, Boy these calories I'm going to dread. What is it you are talking about? I bet you are getting ready to bake without a doubt. I need ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, I can't wait until they are all done. Come on tell me please, Are those cookie recipes I see? The next thing she will be talking about is candy, My taste buds are going to be doing just dandy. This time of the year I love, Who cares about clothes fitting tighter than a glove. These are the things I will never forget, Smell that? Are they done yet?

About the Book
Betty Maier was born and educated in Yakima, Washington. She has an Associates Degree and a Bachelors Degree. Bettty chose a career in various fields of law enforcement but her passion is in writing and tutoring students of all ages.
Her first book, "For Mom And Sarah," was published in October, 2008. A sequel to her first book, "For Mom And Sarah Book 2, As Time Goes By" will be out soon. She loves to bake and cook so of course it is only appropriate that she creates a cookbook called, "Recipes From Family And Friends." She spent several years tutoring children and adults with learning disabilities so her fifth book is about the experiences they had in the classroom, "Through Rose Colored Glasses."
These books are a creation from her most cherished life experiences. Each one is told in a different way but not one more important than the other. These books are who she is and what she believes in. She hopes you enjoy all five.
