Madeline Lily Bridge:
“Mediums”
A Few Months Later... In The Living Room
Often a person’s fate in any given situation is determined by their heart and how well they listen to God. God is in charge. God is bigger than all things. God... IS, the creator. The police, military, high and might Mr. President- don’t mean shit in comparison. They are a product of human law; God is the creator of universal law.
Ponder this: You are holding a loaded gun, and a man comes running at you from around the corner with blood all over his clothes, seemingly terrified. He spots you in front of him, and shouts, “Help me! Help!” You hear a voice in your mind that says, stop him, Now! Your hand tightens around the gun handle. You think about shooting him. You are not a killer or a criminal, so you don’t logically understand why your instincts are telling you to, “shoot this man.”
The question is...
Would you do it?
I often put this question to people claiming to be on God’s path. It is a completely illogical situation, with a valid point regarding universal law. When the conscious, the intuitive, spiritually grounded, and good hearted really decide that God is who they seek to know and be close to, one must learn not to be of the world; but of the spirit. A person must face and familiarizes themselves, with their light and dark sides- we all have them.
It must be understood that in order to walk successfully in the light, one must acknowledge that they have a dark side and what that consist of. Lost people often deny the light. More often people think they exist in the light of God; when they are actually in fact, living a very dark existence. This is why God may punish the good preacher or the avid church goers that claim to have strict believes, yet harbors heavy judgment for other: “Oh no she didn’t where pants to church!; That woman used to sell her body; That’s the type of filth you can’t just wash off... not even in the house of God!”
Many people develop their own rules that have absolutely zilch to do with God’s law. Who knows? God may have divine individuals in negative situation just to turn his people, back to him. A woman could be a divine prostitute who, when married men sleep with her they are so overwhelmed with guilt that they run home, confess to their wives and straighten up their acts forever. Whatever the case may be, we all are humans. We were created to be extensions of God- we each must acknowledge God’s existence within ourselves. Each of us has our own plate full of sins to sort through and rectify.
I have learned to listen to the universe. I have dedicated my life to following the light. I shy away from judging others, I simply teach them by sharing what I know and leading by example.
I lit a pink candle for love, said my piece to God, and left it to burn on the mantel. I pulled my Tarot cards out the box. Nett bound up from the floor to answer the knock at the door. Shortly after, Karma entered the living room where ShaNae, Nett and I where having a spiritual chat by candle light.
Karma extended a quiet hello and sat next to ShaNae on Nett’s couch. My concentration wasn’t broken and I did not speak. I acknowledged her presents with a nod, as I continued to shuffle the tarot. I ceased shuffling, spreading the deck in length from knee to knee on the floor in front of me. The Queen of Wands was my answer. Maybe there is hope. I returned the queen back to her deck, and shuffled again.
“Karma you want a reading?” I asked.
“Aren’t those cards bad to play with?” She asked, looking puzzled.
“No. Tarot cards are a divination tool. The person who uses them makes their purpose bad or good. Just like a gun, is a tool that a person can use to protect themselves from danger; it can be used to murder someone,” I replied.
“Okay,” She clammed up, and slid back on the couch.
I found Karma to be very intuitive as the night progressed and she loosened up. We all discussed our experiences with the spiritual world. After encouraging her to be more open, Karma explained her night visions; what most call dreams. While listening, it had became clear to me- as I had only speculated before- that Karma was clairvoyant. She shared a vision that she had about her and I meeting, before we actually met- describing the setting, plot and the colors. This was evidently a message from the Universe about our meeting. There must be something you we’re destine to learn from each other.
I explained the Tarot to Karma in more detail and she gave it a try. We all continued to talk, contributing our own mystical stories. We talked about soul mates and how important it was to be with that person who compliments you. Then out of nowhere Karma said she saw something. I shushed everyone, and urged her to get into it and describe everything in detail.
“I see two females holding each end of... a wishbone? Yes, that is what it is, a wishbone, with their right hands. One looks forty-something; the other I believe to be a teenager. The teenage girl is holding a... goldfish? Ahhh… with indigo blue stripes in her left hand; sometimes squeezing it tighter, because it’s wiggling, vigorously,” Karma described.
“Keep goin’ Karma,” I softly encouraged her.
“Their pulling away at it... It broke! Deeeeurrrr...! I hear a long cord now. It’s still going- It stopped.”
“What do you mean?”
“It’s an instrument like, a guitar or something. What do you think it means?” Karma asked.
“I’m not sure. Did you recognize the women?” I asked.
“No. I don’t know them,” She said.
“Well, sometimes a person can be someone you haven’t met yet or the vision could be symbolic for something else. Does anything come to mind?”...
