About the Author

Richard F. DeRose earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Irvine, California in the area of disease management. He has coauthored numerous training plans and curricula for law enforcement, homeland security, medical communities, and private entities. He has also been influential with the development and implementation of numerous exposure abatement programs. He currently lives in California.
