The author is not suggesting you try to duplicate his adventures, these events are very dangerous to say the least but there is a wonderful world to explore outside the game and TV room. Charles W. Jones has had many professions from TV technician to a successful 21-year military career with The United States Army. He owned his own business for ten years and most recently retired from Wal-Mart. Charles' military career gave him the opportunity to travel the world and form friendship and bonds with many people. His decision to turn author, he said, is to share his childhood adventures with his grandchildren and his extended family around the world. Charles W. Jones resides in the state of Texas with his wife of some twenty plus years. He is the father of five and the grandfather of ten. Although he lives in Texas his real love is for his home state of North Carolina. He plans to return someday and write about more of his wonderful childhood.
