About the Book
A collection of intimate and honest poetry reflecting real love life situations rather than idealised and romanticised life. Autobiographical in some cases, the verses explores with passion and intensity everlasting love, lost love, unrequited and forbidden love.
About the Author
Doris Allimadi studied English and English Literature from whence comes her interest in writing. Her first book is a children's book called Mother Duck, published by Athena Press. Doris read at University of Westminster and South Thames College where she completed her Legal Executive training. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and Executive Director of the Children and Women's Trust, a UK Registered Charity. She lives in London with Julio and their two daughters, Sasha and Alyssa-Soraya.
