About the Book

This book is intended to describe how African American Blacks, in this instance treated with unfairness and racism. Although, the last century change was blink circumstances with white hate crime popping up from the eastern shore as far south as Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. These crimes were incidents like slavery issues dating back to 1619, the first African American brought to Jamestown, Virginia. Further, there has been a hanging report, and one instance in Mississippi seemingly race related, the 21st Century (2000s). Racism has criss crossed the United States, and it has no boundary with incidents in the West and East of United States.


About the Author

Evelyn White was born in rural Mississippi, the Delta farm community called Teoc during 1945. The family was Baptist reared by minister father, Edgar White and mother, Dovie D. Brown White. They had escaped a slave Louisiana life in the early 1930’s. My father was beaten by a white plantation owner, after a fighting persued, he fled to Mississippi. I am a public school history, special education teacher and adjunct professor in Texas. Also, seventeen sisters and brothers are united with a son, daughter, grandson and granddaughter.
