I have written this book for a couple of reasons.One for myself and second,maybe,someone will find some solace,some comfort,some peace and possibly some understanding in the words I have written.For if I have helped one person through my words and have helped give someone the courage to be strong in a tough situation and to have hope,then may they have the blessings and guidance that God has given me. Maybe these words will help you deal with the pain and humiliation that you may feel and help you to see that we all are important in God's eyes and He is there even when we feel that He sometimes isn't. May He help us heal and get on with our lives and find the love that we all deserve and what He want's us to have. Empowerment is the key.Empowerment of self not others.This will help deliver ourselves out of the bondage that we have in one way or another allowed others to put ourselves into. We can put a stop to this oppression and change the lives of ourselves and others.

I have always been compelled to write.This first book I wrote is from my own experiences and watching other individuals go through the same.I wrote the book to answer and relate what most people don't address.My hope in writing this book is to help someone going through a bad situation and maybe the person who is abusing another look at what thier doing.As I wrote in the beginning of the book you don't have to be a trained professional to recognise an abusive person or to write about it,but you may need a trained professional for help.I also think that by living in an abusive relationship I understand and know what someone may be going through.How can you really talk about something if you haven't experienced it?I love to write.I am always writing down thoughts and I keep a dream journal.My son also loves to write.He,like me whwn I was little writes poems.When he writes you are the object or are where he's writing about.He is going to school to become a sports writer.I live at this time in Richmond Va.I like people and love to people watch.you can learn alot about watching people,with an open mind.I am a certified herbalist which is also my passion.I am a barber also.I needed a career at the time so I needed to do something where I could make a living.But my true passion has always been writing.
