Mrs. Kiddy and the Moonbooms

About the Book

In Middledew everyone is very busy knowing everyone else’s business. Lots of people live there, but Mrs. Kiddy is the oldest and most fun. She knows all the people in town and the moonbooms. Moonbooms aren’t for everybody…mostly kids and Mrs. Kiddy. But there’s lots of adventure with that combination.

About the Author

Pat Kibbe loves children. She’s had five of her own, and now that they’ve “grown up on her,” she spends her time writing books for children. Pat is the president and founder of Kids to Kids International. She recently won the Verna Mulholland Friend of Education Award, given by Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, for the work she has done since 1986 in promoting education, friendship and peace around the world. Pat lives in Yorktown, NY, but would prefer to be at her summer house on Fishers Island where she can usually be found with her dog, Hannah, writing… or looking for moonbooms.
