About the Book

In Nigeria Confidential, award-winning author Uche Nworah casts a wider look at Nigeria and tackles head-on some of the issues facing country and citizens in his trademark witty and satirical style.

He spares no theme in this second blook of essays and short stories as he takes the reader across the country touching down at various points with his beautifully woven stories. The reader gets to experience what living in Lagos is like, likewise a typical day at Nigeria’s flagship immigration centre in Ikoyi among many other stories.

Nigeria Confidential will help the reader to appreciate some of Nigeria’s social, political and cultural issues from the perspective of the author.

Nworah writes with infectious optimism and the reader may just agree with him that Nigeria still holds out hope for her citizens and that everything good is coming still.
