About the Author
Andrea Olivia Peets (nee Ottley) was born in the Federation of St. Christopher (St. Kitts) and Nevis, which is situated in the nothern part of the Caribbean. She is a wife and a mother of four children. Coined from her life experiences, her poetry has given her a voice. It is a reflection that echoes her thoughts, emotions and experiences. It is evidence that she exists. Most importantly it is her refuge that brings her great comfort and is one of her greatest passions. She now resides with her family in Bermuda.
