THE BATTLE RAGES ON, SHE HAS ASSURANCE IN GOD, AND PUTS HER COMPLETE TRUST IN HIM. WHILE, SOME OF HER FAMILY’S URGES HER, TOO OFTEN, TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION, BUT BY THE POWER OF THE ALMIGHTY, SHE HELD ONTO HER FAITH AND TO HER GOD -------- JESUS CHRIST....................... A-men.
About the Author
I am inspired to write Escape, Faith and Courage of Lou Bertha Flanagan. I have experminted first hand many of the joys and trials of this wonder woman of God. Seeing how God has used her in Prophsey by helping many to be delivered from addictions, such as drugs and alcohol. She Prophesied to folks about their conditions like: IF YOU DON'T TAKE THAT BOY TO A DOCTOR, HE'LL BE DEAD IN THE MORNING, to another, THAT WHISKEY WON'T HELP YOU, YOU BETTER REPENT, to some of her own children, YOU WILL DIE IN AND AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT, TURN TO GOD, another YOU'LL HAVE YOUR THROAT CUT, AND DIE AS A RESULT, REPENT NOW ! Things like this took place and others heeded to these many prophesy messages from God. She was used of God, over and over to pray for the sick and see them healed. Many needed a friend which they found in Sister Lou Bertha Flanagan. She helped those who were under such stress as when their boys didn't come back from the dreaded WORLD WAR II. KNOWING THAT GOD WAS THEIR ANSWER, SHE'D VISITED THEM AND OFFERED PRAYER. HER OWN BROTHER WAS WOUNDED IN WORLD WAR 11 AND SHE COULD FEEL COMPASSION FOR OTHERS FAMILIES, WHO HAD LOVEONES OVERSEAS. Her prayers proved a great blessing to them in their woes at this time in their lives. I love God and people, being a minister for over 35 years, I've meet many people in need. I have preached in different churches and held revivals, prayed for the sick, and saw people give their lives to God. Graduated from Northeast Junior College, and worked at various jobs, but loved to be a stay at home mom. I took up writing after being encourage to write by the previous editor { Editor Joyce Mangum} of Christian News in Douglas, Georgia. I live in Booneville, Mississippi. I'm a Christian first, which I am truly thankful, also I'm a devoted wife and mother, and grandmother which makes me so very happy.
