No sport has experienced such a tremendous growth in popularity in the U.S. in the past few years as soccer. Soccer is now played everywhere around the globe.
This book has been written to present the experience of a man over the years.
The knowledge gained has been and will continue to be tested as new ideas emerge and changes occur.
Nader is the maker of his own fortune.
Soccer is an intriguing game.
There is nothing like an exciting run, a great feint, an accurate pass, a good shot, a brilliant save or a dazzling goal…
The goal of this book is to provide you with verbal and visual imagery to recall and adopt.
I strongly believe that the author has scored on all accounts.

About the Author
Author's Biography Born January 17, 1959 in Tehran Iran, Nader Jahanfard has always had an infatuation for writing. He wrote his first satire piece at the age thirteen and continued polishing his craft until finishing high school in 1979. The same year Nader’s dream of attending Tehran’s University of Fine Arts and pursuing a career in playwriting and dramatic literature nearly became a reality as he was accepted to attend Tehran’s well-known institution. However, destiny had other thoughts for him. Shortly after, and caught between a revolution and a doubtful future, he was strained to leave his native soil behind. After circling the globe for a few years and in 1985, he finally settled in California and few years later (1994) received his degree in Radiation Oncology in San Francisco, California and became a certified Radiation Therapist. All along Nader kept his passion for writing and practiced his obsession any time the moment permitted. Besides writing, Nader also had another life long fascination called football. Being raised in a country where its people adored the beautiful game gave Nader another motivation to continue writing. In 1997, his very first sports article was published in Toop International Sports Magazine owned by a prominent football expert/analyst, Mr. Pejman Nozad. Sports writing seemed to suit Nader’s taste, and he continued writing and conducting articles/ interviews with the legends of the sports in two languages (English and Persian), for over a decade! In 2004, Nader joined National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association of USA (NSSA), and also International Sports Press Association (AIPS). Nader’s highlight of his sports writing career came in 2006 when after ten years of hard work and commitment he represented Footballmedia.net as a credited journalist at the World Cup in Germany. Nader is well-known for his simple tone of reporting, and his straightforward language is liked by many who follow his writings intimately. Nader currently works and resides in Northern California living with his wife and daughter.
