About the Book

Please ponder a few questions for a moment. Are you happy in this season of your life? Are you burnt out and left with no hope of anything ever changing for you? Are you able to enjoy what you have presently? Does your past keep you from taking a positive step toward your future? Do you feel overwhelmed by the challenges confronting you in this season of your life?

The tsunami, hurricane Katrina, California mud slides, and snow in Hawaii are recent reminders that there are times and seasons over which we have little or no control. The same is true for each season of a woman’s life. She may laugh or weep, love or hate, plant or uproot during her journey. Nevertheless, she can learn to glance at her struggles, but gaze upon His sovereignty. Your time in this book will be revitalizing as you receive wisdom and encouragement for each season of your life.

About the Author

She is married and has three sons, a daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren. By the grace of God, Paula has been called and equipped to be a teacher/exhorter. She thanks God for the privilege to travel and share with other women through this teaching ministry. She is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and Peirce College. She is a certified C.L.A.S.S. Speaker. She is certified by Evangelism Explosion. She has taught Sunday School for more than eighteen years. She is a member of the American Associates of Christian Counselors. Previously, Paula's thoughts of happiness and success were dictated by the world in which she lived, but the Holy Spirit brought about a transformation by the renewing of her mind (Rom. 12:1–2). As a result, her burden is to help other women overcome the world's deception and understand God's perspective on how to live each day. In March of 1985, she began teaching a one-day seminar entitled, “Transformed.” Today, she travels and teaches wherever God sends her. One thing is certain: Paula enjoys equipping others in their search for truth from the Word of God. Paula has been a keynote speaker for two women conferences hosted by the Montco Bible Fellowship Women's Ministry, of which I am a member. I can confidently say that, on each occasion, Paula delivered Spirit-infused, life application lessons that were thought-provoking, relevant and could only have been possible through fervent prayer and study of the Word. It was also obvious that Paula had painstakingly pondered the best way to present the teachings in order to gain maximum impact, participation, and understanding.
