A simple Kiss... The touch of lips, a simple kiss, lighting like sensation, rippling though, causing bliss. My will power weaken by elation. I feel my being surrender itself. A soul being given and taken, my resistance is shaken. Falling in love, no greater wealth. So press your lips to mine, let me breathe your essence. Let our souls twist like twine, our love become full like a crescent. Should I never again have this pleasure. My life could not exist. To have and lose a treasure, as simple as your kiss

About the Author
Having been born in West Virginia and growing up in the Appalachian Mountains during impoverished times, it gave me a different look at life than most young people will ever grasp. The reality of being separated from family and raised by others and never ever knowing who your father was had a long and devastating effect on me until I was able to deal with it. The Marines did what they do best and they set me on a straight and narrow course. Having survived and once again on my own, I attended college and worked. The seed of discontent and restlessness had been sewn and I jumped around from job to job and state to state and finally ended up in North Carolina. An attempt at marriage failed but left the one thing most precious to me in the world … my son. If not having been for him, it is unimaginable as to where I would have ended up and what kind of condition I would be in. I have always wanted to write and made several attempts. The world is an interesting place and all you have to do is observe.
