Additionally, it is the intention of the author to describe the most used offshore jurisdictions with their typical characteristics. Most chapters in this book are written with reference to United Kingdom companies and companies incorporated in offshore jurisdictions, which generally follow UK Company law.

About the Author

Levent Gülkök is Chairman and Chief Executive of Group Gülkök, an international network of companies. Born in Turkey, he immigrated with his parents to Germany where he studied Economics. Serving management positions in investment sector, he set up his own company for business and finance. Today, with his wife and his son, he is living in Paris and manages business throughout the world.
