Vicky, is 49 years old and lives in Ajax , Ontario with her best friend Marc, they have been married for 25 years. They have two great children Monique and Marc and the family pets are 2 dogs, Buddy and Chucky. Vicky has suffered from fibromyalgia and depression for 12 years and understands the pain, frustration and guilt that these illnesses bring into a relationship. With this understanding Vicky is able to identify with the characters in this lovely book. Vicky enjoys reading and singing Karaoke, Paper Roses is a favorite song of hers. She has 4 sisters and 1 brother who have been supportive of Vicky throughout her illness. She also has a very loving, supportive relationship with her in-laws.
