About the Author

Dr. Charles E. Schwarz has received advanced degrees in Mathematics, Education and Philosophy, and is Professor Emeritus of Mathematics. He is the author of the Lonely Detective Series and written over seventy mystery short stories. An active member of Mystery Writers of America, and PI Writers of America, his stories have appeared in numerous magazines. He has recently published his novel, The Diminished Man.
