About the Book
I was a struggling hard worker. Who went to different schools to better myself. I was a single mother trying to make the best with what I had. I raised my child with Gods help and the wonderful help of my loving family and friends. My heart, soul, spirit and mind are within my poetry. Ive been writing since 1989 for different people all over the world. That includes ships, trains, air planes, buses, over seas, Europe, USA and many, many, many other places. I have just now decided to publish some of the poetry. I am certain that you will find them pleasing.
About the Author
I have been exposed to reading peotry since I was six years of age. My wonderful grandmother gave me my very first two books. "If Jesus Came To My House" and "On Beyond Zebra". Who knew that she was planting seeds of greatness even at such a tender age. I was baptised while still in elementary school, and again as an adult. I have been writting really since about the early 1970's. Publically, since 1989, when I gave my life to Jesus Christ my Lord and savior. I have traveled all around the world writing for all that the Spirit moves me to write for. The Holy Spirit that lives within me. I have been a member of " Bethel Gospel Tabernacle AME" in Queens since 1989.I live in a wonderful garden of eden called " Rochdale Village ". I attend the center there where I write regularly for new comers as well as most of the members. For each holiday, I try my best to write a poetry letter and pass it out to all that I see in the community as well as posting it in the hallway of my complex and in the laundry room of my building. I trust that you will join me in delivering the lovely poetry books to all that you meet also. God will GREATLY Bless You for it.
