Preface
I know, they quack like ducks, waddle like ducks, but believe me, they are not ducks. Don't get me wrong, i started out trying to write poetry, I even thought for years I was writing poetry. But sadly, I can't write poems, which makes me upset and frustraated. . . .
Page 1. Words, what really are they? A vocalization that means something. Weird! I suppose there was a time when only grunts and groans were possible. What were we then? Just apes? Uggg, Oggg. . . .
Page 10. I always loved trains, the power, the noise, the heavy iron mechanical parts moving to such rhythm, stream billowing out everywhere. And the loud HUFFING, CHUFFING, PUFFING of these snorting big beasts. . . .
Page 13. Spring Kitten paws and pussy willows
And all the pale leaves
That multiply in the trees.
From sulllen winter's scolding ways,
And blasty windy days.
The change has come our way.
Now soft nights of cozy rest
And afternoons of buzzing sound,
Walking newly minted grass. . . . .
Page 21. Nine months prior to 9/11, CIA Chief Tenet gave a security briefing to GWB, saying Bin Laden was a "tremendous threat, and considered an immediate danger, was going to strike the US in some form." . . . .

Page 26. President Clinton; a special charisma, still has "it". Ran the country by consensus, history may even say brilliantly, but let al Qaeda off the hook, a huge mistake. Impeached by Congress (lower house only), can remember everything despite his denials about Monica. . . .

She leaned closer whispering.
An ease almost an invitation.
The question unanswered.
Her perfume drifted my way,
she was unaware of it.
Page 46. Oh, the substance spread its sublime satisfaction simply everywhere like season's first snow falling on the outstretched tongues of enchanted winter children.
Page 51. Gorging with gluttonous gusto, the succulent gravy of life. Devouring this finger licking repast. Grunt, gurgle, burp, fart - ahhhh.
Page 56. UFO"s , rumor has it stop by every once in awhile to sample our cusine and women.
Page 60. Scopes Monkey trial, and that's as close as the courts will ever get to adjudicating between the Theory of Evolution vs. Intelligent Design.
Page64. Can you imagine only four people on earth and Cain kills Abel; We got a bad start. . . .
Page 70. Courtship; she is dangerously fast, neatly catching his extended leg. Ripping it off with savage twist; a freaky fall frees him from her grasp, and he hobbles wobbly away.
Pages 71 to 180. These pages are full of the romance of life, a sensitive pen that touches everything from nature to nurture, Readings that illuminate the problems of contemporary life, done with style and a sense of humor.
Page 69 four billion years, enough time to allow the sea to come alive and crawl upon the land. Did not Genesis say that dust became man? The monkey stood upright, looking for a common ancestor and drew paintings upon a wall
Page 44 President JFK Charismatic, charming, brilliant, got his fingers burnt on the bay of Pigs. Kicked the Russian nukes out of Cuba, had to remove the US nukes to make the deal. His famous line "Ich bin ein Berliner" I am a Berliner endeared him to the heart of all Europe. Liked the ladies, assassinated. America lost a courageous leader,
Page 55 America was hurt today, never healed, please Lord shield, sweet as roses upon the water.
Page 79. I don't know if it's a prayer, a supplication, a quote from the Bible, part of the Constitutions, a mantra that the Hare Krishna's chant,
