For illegal aliens to cross our borders and then expect us to cater to them is absurd. When I came to this country, as many other immigrants did, I went through the legal process and then assimilated into the culture of the country. In fact, all immigrants should strive to do all that they can to assimilate into the culture and be productive American citizens. Meanwhile illegals just take and take without ever giving back. Why would you disrespect the laws if you wanted to be here and be a productive citizen? Why would you come here and only want to take from this country and not give back your fair share? What message are we sending to all of the people who have been waiting for years to legally become citizens of this country? They’d be better off sneaking in? Is that really the message that we want to get across? I can’t condone coming into this country illegally. It isn’t right. It abuses the good system that we have. I don’t think that it’s right for people to want to come here and abuse the system by not contributing, not paying their fair share of taxes. I don’t even think its right for churches or cities to give sanctuary. When you do that, basically you're saying that it’s okay to break the law. If someone else wants to break the law, you can go ahead. Illegal aliens break the law with the first step they take into the country, and it just leads to more illegal acts, which we are seeing more and more of. The whole thing leads to a breakdown of society.

Today illegal immigrants threaten to ruin this great nation and Franco Ferrari wants to do something about it. A legal immigrant himself, Franco was born in Italy in the shadows of World War II. His family's dream was to live in America. About the Author
Franco Ferrari was born in a small town in Italy and became an American by choice and by the grace of God. He received his associate’s degree in Business Administration in 1967 and also served 2 years in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. Mr. Ferrari was elected President of the cement contractor association at the age of 24 where he became an expert at the art of negotiating contracts. He was a licensed general contractor in Michigan and became a licensed home builder in Florida in 1973. After that venture in 1975 he started a chain of restaurants with family members and grew it to 15 locations before embarking in a business brokerage career in 1985. One of his best decisions was to become the first Sunbelt Business Broker Franchisee in Florida in 1993. Franco was president of the Florida Business Brokers Association Central Florida chapter for two years and served on the state Board of Directors for 10 years. He received the CFBI (Certified Florida Business Intermediary) and was also FBBA training and orientation director for 8 years and was presented the honorary lifetime member award from FBBA as well. In 1997, Mr. Ferrari joined the Institute of Certified Business Counselors and by March 2, 1998 was awarded the Professional Designation of Certified Business Counselor – BCB. Mr. Ferrari also joined IBBA in 1998 and earned the CBI designation in 2004. Franco is a member of SCORE and besides counseling does a monthly seminar on how to start your business. He serves on the advisory boards of both Bank First Community Bank and the Disney-SBA National Entrepreneur Center in Orlando, FL. Franco is also chairman of the program committee at the NEC where he continuously promotes business growth through programs such as: “How to Sell a Business”, “How to Buy a Business”, and “Exit Strategy & Retirement Planning”. Franco serves as chairman on the President’s Advisory Counsel of Sunbelt Business Brokers Franchise and always promotes the growth of Central Florida’s business community on his weekly radio show “The Business Advisor” giving expert advice on “How to Buy, Grow, and Sell a Business Right!” I truly loved America before I came here. I now consider myself to be living in Paradise. I have a loving wife and two wonderful children, a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law. We're all living in the tourist capital of the world - Orlando, Florida.
