About the Author
Todd Conklin has his Ph.D. in organizational communication and behavior and works as a manager at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Conklin works with groups internationally as an organizational development consultant, working mostly with programs that specialize in the detection of unusual behaviors in the workplace.
Being a national expert on unusual behavior pretty much fully-qualifies him to write about quality of work-life issues. Who else would be able to fully appreciate the goofy places where we work?
