In the ongoing War on Drugs, the conflict escalates, when the U.S. President unleashes the full force of the U.S. military to destroy the Drug Cartels once and for all.

Meanwhile in Jersey City, N.J., the police are investigating the mysterious shootings of drug dealers. They suspect the killings to be a part of the ongoing gang war which has erupted between the various Drug Cartels. What they do not know is that the killer is in fact a vigilante on a blood hunt.
