About the Author
Bill is currently the owner-operator of the Gypsy Wolf Cantina in Woodstock, New York. William Durkin was — literally — born in to the restaurant business. His mother birthed him at a family-owned restaurant in the San Francisco Bay Area, and he has worked in family-owned and other restaurants throughout his life.
