About the Author

A lifelong resident of Connecticut, Dan is a student at the University of Rhode Island majoring in Marine Biology, pursuing a doctorate in marine mammals and veterinary medicine. He is currently a veterinary assistant and assistant lab technician. This is Dan’s first major publication, and a second book is being considered. Besides writing, he has a number of hobbies, including photography, fishing, music, and various others.
