Jesus Christ and Ralph Waldo Emerson said that human problems start from the heart and that the solution must also come from the heart. But what is the solution? Where does the heart get it from? And how? The author attempts to answer those questions, and hopes that the reader would feel the answer like the air that fills his lungs and the subtle peace that touches his heart.

About the Author

Rudy Pizarro was born was born in the Philippines. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he moved to the United States and became an American citizen. He attended the University of Washington. He has been married to Arsenia, a.k.a. ?Sandy,? for over thirty years. They have two sons, John and Randy, and currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
