About the Book

Micki Garrity has a wonderful life. She lives in a condo on the Gulf of Mexico, has friends and family who love her, makes enough money to keep her independent, and she works at a job she does well. Her cousin, Tim Carniston, Zodiac to his street pals, has a basket of trouble, and he's dumped it all at Micki's front door.

About the Author

J. Michael Blue is the author of two mystery novels, a collection of published short stories, and approximately 150 short stories, articles, and essays. His short fiction has won a dozen awards, including a 2002 Shamus Award nomination, and his first novel, Justified Crimes, was chosen as one of The Ten Best Hard-Boiled Mysteries of 2000, by Plots With Guns Magazine.
