Dr. Kaye M. Case comes from a family of teachers and for twenty years she has enjoyed the challenges of the classroom?one of which was in the Psychotherapy Unit of a hospital for seven years. Dr. Case earned her Ph.D. in Kinesiology and Psychology at University of Minnesota, presented an Analysis of Sport and Tobacco Use at the 42nd World Congress in Cairo, Egypt. She volunteers for American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association. Kaye lives with her husband in Minnesota.
Ann Gehrke Berger is completing her childhood memoirs. She created and produced Galloping into the Nineties for Santa Monica City TV. After publishing various magazine pieces such as, Lincoln?s ?Aunty? Sojourner Truth, America?s Forgotten Woman, the Life of Dorothea Dix, at age 40 she went for a B.A. in Journalism graduating at 53 followed by 20 years as publisher, editor and photographer of prize-winning newsletters snapping shots of President Reagan and more than 100 other well knowns. She lives in Malibu, California.
