About the Author
Dr. Forest B. Wortham has more than 20 years of experience working in higher education and human services. During that time he has worked with landlords and tenants as both a tenant advocate and a member of rental property management. He has consulted with property developers in Pennsylvania and Florida. He has worked at Penn State, Wayne State, and Florida Gulf Coast Universities along with the Fort Myers Housing Authority Housing Urban Development. He is currently employed at Wittenberg University.
