The Swann's Song

About the Book

The Swann's Song was originally mini books of poems requested by and given to family and friends at Christmas. The mini books were called the Dianne Swann Chronicles I through VI. These were poems with an African American female point of view that all could relate to. The Chronicles touch on everything including relationships, jobs, fantasy, friendship, unity, cancer, and domestic abuse. The Chronicles include years of musings and opinions. After numerous urgings and prompts by readers to get published, Miss Swann consolidated the Christmas gifts into one volume and titled it "The Swann's Song".

About the Author

Dianne R. Swann is a single mom currently residing in Birmingham, Alabama. She juggles a full time job with her writing hobby and has a sweet daughter named Exquisite Joy. She has alway written but has not always saved what she writes. Miss Swann has two novels in progress.
