About the Author

Bruce Marion, author, composer,musician, and life-long Florida resident. Here with Cottonmouth the intense southern background brings out a big story, first in the Buddy Cole detective series.

Bruce Francis Marion also known as the swampfox, is a graduate of University of Florida and University of Central Florida. He has written articles for Florida Today's Life and Times series, and writes a songwriting column for the Kicker magazine. At UF, Bruce wrote sports and news bylines for the award winning Florida Alligator newspaper.

The first album, SUNSETS: The Piano Collection met with regional success. A collaborative album followed, Kimberly with SwampFox, in the country-rock market. Soon to be released on Outback Records, REDREAM, a completely orchestrated piano album.
