About the Book
In a worldwide journey that ended in India, Robert Leshin began his study of the Buddha's teachings. Though his use of Vipassana meditation, Leshin learned the secrets to the body's inner language. Giving examples drawn from his own life experiences, he offers the reader an opportunity for inner peace that begins with his approach to self-awareness. He calls it "Body Talk".
About the Author
Born in the Summer of '42, Robert Leshin completed his Masters degree at the University of Miami, and began his career as an accountant for Price Waterhouse, when the journey of a single step began. With his study of Buddhist teaching, he soon changed careers. He is a professor of Business and Finance at Miami Dade Community College and he has spent over 30 years studying and teaching Vipassana meditation. He lives in Miami with his wife Joanna, also a professor at Miami Dade Community College, and his twins Robin and Brian.
