About the Book

A compilation of writing that stems as a result of year long work using a Workshop format; an environment that drives students' to generate and develop their personal best. All writing has been written, chosen, revised and edited by eighth graders. We believe this work may inspire other young people to see the importance in their own voices; and to empower them to share it with others. This publication represents a team of writers who attend Pierce Middle School in Waterford, Michigan.

About the Author

The authors are eighth grade students at Pierce Middle School in Waterford, MI. The topics, ideas and issues presented in this anthology are those that twelve to fourteen year old students deem as valuable to write about. All work has been chosen, revised and edited by the students. Enjoy their perspective!
