About the Book

Meet Baasha Khan, seventeen, six feet tall. Born in Bangladesh, but raised in Rochdale, England. He is obsessed with Tupac's lyrics and his hairstyle.

Meet Suna Khan, five minutes younger than Bassha. He is obsessed with designer clothes and Britney Spears.

Meet Rajah Khan, Jabir's youngest son. He is always falling in love with the wrong person. He is obsessed with his own personality.

Jabir Khan wished he had never come to Britain because none of his sons remained a true Muslim.

About the Author

R. M. Talukdar was born on the 3rd of August 1974 in the town of Bishwanath in Bangladesh. In December 1979 at the age of four his family came to Britain and settled in Rochdale, Lancashire. His father was a textile worker in one of the Rochdale cotton mills and is now retired. His mother is proud to be a housewife.

He went to school at Falinge Park High, Rochdale. He is currently training to be a teacher.
