Abracadabra, You're Dead is the story of Sebastian, a professional magician who is falsely accused of murder. He must find the real killer before the police arrest him for a crime he did not commit. Sebastian is also a voice-over announcer for TV commercials. This novel, which contains no difficult words, provides an inside look at professional magic and commercial broadcasting. And the devious art of murder. A famous Hollywood producer has optioned the book as a major film. But, to make it more commercially successful, it will be rewritten to depict an old man who takes his rowboat into the sea and catches a really big fish.

About the Author

John Bohannon's articles and humor columns have been published in national magazines and newspapers. He is a magician, and a former network radio news anchorman (CBS, ABC, NBC). His previous jobs include jazz disc jockey, and a truck driver's helper, the Monback: the guy who stands on the sidewalk and says, "Mon back." He and his wife Barbara Jean live on an island.
