About the Book
This is the third volume in the Chez Vicalle series. The original story line continues, but this volume is built around an idiosyncratic motion picture maker who has decided to bring to the screen a classic work of that author (18791958) who Jack Woodford (18931971) once described "As the greatest writer of fantasy still undiscovered by the Wise Men of the West." He noted further that that writer was "probably the least commercial writer in the United States of his time and was a marvelous model for any writer because of his adeptness in using the exact phrase."
About the Author
J. Valentine Blovian is a retired educator who in his ?Golden Years? realized that he is an entertainer who never found an audience. Had he developed an act, it would have ranged between the styles of Jimmy Durante and Tom Lehrer. Picture Durante singing ?Poisoning Pigeons in the Park,? or ?Alma.?
