About the Book

After Sonesta losses her husband David, she realizes that she has to stay sane for the sake of their daughter Davida. She finds work, befriends Bruce her husband's close friend. For some reason she and Bruce are drawn to each other. Davida bonds with him as well.

Tragedy strikes again and this time Sonesta goes home to Miami, Florida to seek refuge with her parents. It is here where she meets the Sports Writer, Don Webster. Who would have known he would change her life forever?

In a matter of a week, Don persuades Sonesta to come and visit him in Atlanta, Georgia. Sonesta meets LaVerne Don's ex-girlfriend. LaVerne is determined to win Don's heart back. On the other hand, Don made up his mind that Sonesta was the woman of his dreams. His mission was to make her fall hopelessly in love with him. Since Don and LaVerne have conflicting goals this leads to exciting moments for Sonesta. Her journey into the life of Don Webster becomes a true test of patience.

About the Author

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I received my Bachelors of Science in Rehabilitation Services from Florida State University. About five years ago I started reading numerous romance novels and found them to be interesting. This was the motivating factor that inspired me to become a romance writer. As a college graduate, I believe that I?m capable of venturing out into the literary world.
