About the Book

From generation to generation, mankind has struggled to understand the creation and purpose of the earth and those who live on it. This book contains references to revelations received by Moses, Abraham and other prophets during face-to-face conversations with the Creator. In these revelations, the Creator himself explains our beginnings as intelligences in a pre-mortal life, the creation of our spirit and mortal bodies, and His purposes for organizing an earth whereon we learn of Him and His purposes for our creation. He promises that through obedience to His laws and commandments, all men and women can prepare themselves to return to live with Him.

About the Author

Chester J. Peterson is a Patriarch in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His life-long study of and love for the scriptures has inspired him to write his thoughts for the benefit of his family, friends and all others who will read this book. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife, Virginia. They have five children, 22 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren.
