About the Author
Bill Marscher a retired engineer, and Fran Marscher, a retired newspaper editor, husband and wife, live in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Lifelong residents of the Danger Zone themselves, they have brought their life’s experiences to this project as well as their skills in research and storytelling.
